Charles W. Livingston is a founding partner with the Livingston & Flowers Law Firm, P.L.L.C. For over 23 years he has focused his practice in the area of personal injury law. He has successfully handled thousands of injury cases and has fought relentlessly to recover millions of dollars in compensation for victims of catastrophic injury and death. He has spent his entire career battling large corporations and insurance companies that have wrongfully denied his clients’ injury claims. Mr. Livingston received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 1990. There he graduated with honors and was a three-time President’s List Recipient for maintaining a perfect 4.0 grade point average. Mr. Livingston was also a four-year football letterman and elected team captain in 1989. He went on to attend Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he graduated with honors in 1996. He was also awarded the highest academic honors (Praemium Excellentia Award) in Constitutional Law and Appellate Litigation.
Mr. Livingston has a superb rating by his colleagues and is often requested to serve as a speaker and mentor to other attorneys in the areas of personal injury, litigation and insurance law.
